An exciting crime series which keeps you stick from
first to last episode. This web series draw the ultimate power of a family
which has boundless power. The key crises of Undekhi are derived from a real
incident which took place in Manali (INDIA). The dancer was shot in the head by
a drunken man in the marriage ceremony. The whole crowd present in the marriage
ceremony was terrified after watching this incident. Then the killer’s nephew
‘Rinku’ who was a family’s principle rectifies swings into action. The host
family try to brush everything under the carpet. Rinku try to act that there’s
nothing happened. Rinku tell the audience not to worry the girl is still alive
while the girl was dead at the spot. Rinku ordered his servants to pick the
body and take her to the hospital. (Actually he was pretending that the girl is
still alive and everything is okay). But then the twist came in the series. The
video team was also present on this ceremony. Rishi who was the fifth member of
the video team has recorded that incident in memory card. He was in serious
trouble. He wants to send the truth to police so; he saved the file in his
laptop because Rinku has announced that no one will leave the ceremony. Rishi
was so much afraid and was shivering after watching the murder of a dancer in
front of his face. DSP Ghosh came in front and alarmed Rinku to not be a wall
in front of him. DSP alarmed Rinku to let him interrogate about the situation
but he was shoved, humiliated, and even slapped by a drunk man who shot that
dancer. After all this DSP doesn’t lose his cool. Rinku group called him a thulla
and inspector instead of DSP. This family has high level of sources. Rinku
contact with the IG and warned him to put and eyes on DSP. IG ordered DSP Ghosh
not to continue further investigation. Rinku has a gang of youth who could kill
in a blink and he was controlling police since years. Sengupta has made minutes
from the absolute first scenes, and is very open in drawing out the
differentiating societies of Bengal, Delhi and Himachal. Fortunately, he has an
entertainer like Dibyendu in charge of issues, who is nuanced, unpretentious
and incredibly expressive. This might have been a tall errand for some other
entertainer. Dibyendu has drawn out the weakness, class and wisdom of a cop in
an unfamiliar land with brightness. He assumes responsibility for the
circumstance and vanishes away from plain sight to allow others to sparkle
exactly at the right minutes. He is the firm power behind making Undekhi a
great watch. Then, at that point, there is the science between Harsh Chhaya and
Surya Sharma, which makes an almost ideal milieu for a horde show. While
Chhayas raunchy quirk would drive you away, Sharmas sure non-verbal
communication would make you disdain his guts. On the off chance that Satan
would claim a hotel in Manali, it would look like Sharma. One stronger win for
Sengupta at the projecting front. Trust this entertainer gets more substantial
jobs. However, all said and done, Undekhi has its very own surface and that
would push you to marathon watching. With 10 scenes of almost 32-minutes each,
Undekhi is one more win of the Indian OTTs in the wrongdoing thrill ride
classification. Its spilling on Sony Liv. In my view Undekhi was really beyond
what I had expected, it was more thrilling episode by episode, with every
episode they were able exceed viewers expectations. It really reflected a lot of
ground realities as to how people turn on you when money the subject of matter,
how the underprivileged people are being treated in this world and how people
use money in their favor and justify their wrongs.
